Concrete staining
Concrete staining is becoming more and more popular in both commercial and residential projects. Using various techniques and products, concrete staining can result in stunning, multi-hued color variations typically seen only in aged surfaces or expensive flooring - at a fraction of the cost.
Wall coverings
HSP can remove old, tired wallpaper in a neat and timely manner without damaging the underlying surfaces. We will remove residual glue and prime the surfaces to receive the new paper. Our installers can hang a variety of wall coverings, including grass cloth, vinyl, murals, and traditional or designer patterns.
Faux finishes
Around for centuries, faux finishing techniques reproduce a look to fool the eye. Such finishes can add a translucent, fluid texture; create eye-catching drama with lines, waves or checkered patterns; or create a soft fabric-like look.
Venetian plastering
Since the 16th century, highly skilled craftsmen from Venice, Italy have adorned the world with decorative interior wall finishes using plaster mixed with limestone and marble dust. An alternative to ordinary paint, faux finishes, and wall coverings, this rare art form is known as Venetian plaster. A marble-like or stone-like finish can be achieved, and color combinations can vary from subdued earth tones and terra cottas to Venetian reds, Provençal blues, olive greens, sandy marble, rich ivory, pale greens, or white. The finished product evokes a sense of Mediterranean history yet retains a contemporary style. Your walls become a work of art, an absolute conversation piece for your home or business.
Roof coatings
HSP offers several energy star compliant roof coatings that may be applied to gravel, rubber and other roof types. Roof coatings improve HVAC efficiency and extend the life of the rooftop by protecting the existing roofing materials. HSP's painters have the proper equipment to apply professional roof coatings at any height. All roof coatings are inspected by the coating's manufacturer to assure that all specifications have been met.
