Cutting-Edge Proposals

HSP proposals are very detail-oriented, providing a line item description of every surface we are including and excluding from our scope of work. Consultants take the time to review the scope with the customer to ensure we are fulfilling each client’s unique needs.

Warranties

Our customers receive our Traditional Warranty package (two years labor and material) as well as a Premium Warranty package (five years labor and material). These packages feature paint systems designed by our manufacturers to provide a beautiful finish lasting far beyond the written warranty. We guarantee each job will be completed correctly, in a timely manner, with comprehensive attention to detail.

Our Structure

How we work may not seem important, but our structure helps us best serve you. We separate tasks between dedicated staff positions, ensuring consultants are not distracted by managing a job crew or that on-site project managers are not distracted answering phone calls in the office.

  • Senior Management is responsible for all aspects of staffing, project development and growth.
  • Consultants are responsible for new client generation, presenting proposals, client communication and project-specific customer service.
  • Project Managers are responsible for all production related matters.
  • Foremen provide project-specific crew supervision; our foremen average 10 years painting experience.
